Upon your arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be greeted by our dedicated team, holding placards to ensure a smooth transition through immigration formalities. As you exit the airport, you’ll be enveloped in the warm embrace of traditional Bhutanese hospitality, welcomed with khaddar. From Paro, we embark on a picturesque journey to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. The route traces the scenic Paro River until we reach Chuzom, the confluence of the Thimphu and Paro rivers. Here, amidst the breathtaking natural beauty, you’ll catch sight of a beautiful portrait of our revered King and Queen. Upon entering Thimphu, we’ll pause at Tachongang Lhakhang for a leg-stretching walk or to simply absorb the serene surroundings. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore Thimphu city on your own, immersing yourself in its unique blend of modernity and tradition. The evening is dedicated to a rejuvenating yoga session followed by a delectable dinner, setting the tone for a blissful retreat. You’ll spend the night in Thimphu, surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of the mountains at an altitude of 2400m.

Cancellation Period:Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

Between 30-60 Days:50% refund of the total tour cost.

Between 15-29 Days:25% refund of the total tour cost.

Within 15 Days:No refund.

  • Any non-refundable fees incurred by Explore Landlocked Tours & Trek will be deducted from the refund.
  • Changes to the itinerary or departure dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to tour cancellation by Explore Landlocked Tours & Trek, a full refund will be provided.
  • We highly recommend securing travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may lead to cancellations.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
